Summer House Villas

The Summer House Complex, an ocean front complex located in the gated community of Wild Dunes, offers 2 - 4 bedroom villas with varying layouts and views. The villas are dispersed throughout two Summer House buildings that overlook the complex pool and offer panoramic views of the ocean. Each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen complete with the appliances and cookware needed to enjoy family meals. The living rooms face the ocean and offer direct access to private balconies, as do the master bedrooms. The complex features a community pool and direct beach access. With only short drive you can spend the day on the course enjoying award winning golf courses and driving ranges. Also, the charming streets of Downtown Charleston are only a quick drive over the bridge away allowing you to have a full Charleston experience.

Community pool is open April 1 - October 1. 

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project.
