This oceanfront condominium complex is located in Wild Dunes Resort and features 2 & 3 bedroom units, as well as elegant 5th floor penthouse villas. Each spacious private villa has an open floor plan design with the kitchen, dining and living areas open to take in the views. Each villa has a breathtaking view overlooking the ocean and the community pool from the balcony. Each master bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the ocean view porch. Enjoy the convenience of relaxing in the community pool with ocean views and the easy beach access from the complex gate. The complex is located at the northern end of the Island making it just a short walk from the Wild Dunes’ amenities such as the driving range and the Links Golf Course. If you are looking to leave the island, the Seascape Villas are just a short drive to the incredible restaurants and shops in Shem Creek and Downtown Charleston.

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project.
