Fairway Dunes Villas offer guests spacious 2 and 3 bedroom units located within the Wild Dunes resort. Each villa features multiple porches with stunning views of The Links golf course in Wild Dunes. Links Golf Course was the first to be designed by the world renowned course designer, Tom Fazio. The complex has a community pool, tennis courts, and nearby beach access. These private villas are perfect for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. Downtown Charleston is just a short drive away and the complex is close to several local attractions such as award winning golf courses and plantations. 

Community pool is open April 1 - September 30. 

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project.
